Customized Memory Bears

Our Memory Bears 🧸 are lovingly handcrafted from clothing or uniforms that hold a special place in your heart. Whether it's a military uniform, a favorite shirt, or garments from a loved one, each bear is made with care, attention to detail, and respect for the memories they represent. 

We do our best to include patches, ribbons, buttons, or other meaningful details from your garment in your bear. Finished bears measure approximately 18" tall and can be customized with embroidery, accessories, and other upgrades to make them truly unique. 

How much fabric is needed? 

• One standard shirt (like a button up or polo) is usually enough for one 18" bear.
• Smaller garments (like baby clothes or small t-shirts) may require two or more pieces. Please contact us if you need help with figuring out what to send. 
• Military Uniforms, jackets, and larger garments generally provide enough fabric for one bear.

Personalization Options

• Custom Embroidery (Names, Dates, Short Messages)
• Accessories (Bows, Scarves, Dog Tags, etc.) 
• Eye Choices: Buttons from your garments (when available) or safety eyes
• All noses are made with safety noses for durability. 

How to Order:

1. Select your quantity - Choose how many bears you'd like made.
2. Choose personalization options - Add embroidery or accessories.
3. Pay online through our secure checkout.
4. Check your email! You'll receive instructions and a Google Docs order form (please fill out one form per bear)
5. Prepare your garments - Package your clothing in waterproof packaging (clear plastic bags or a poly mailer)
6. Ship your items - The address to ship your items to will be provided in your email. 
7. Production and shipping - We'll create your bear(s) within:
   *3-4 weeks (standard turnaround)
   *4-6 weeks during the holiday season (October 20 - January 1)
   *1 week for rush orders (from the time we receive your garments)

📦 You are responsible for shipping your garments to us. Please email us once your package has shipped so we know to watch for it! You will receive and email with tracking information when your finished bear is on it's way home!
